At SCENToLOVA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
To qualify for a return or refund:
The perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition as received, without any damage, tampering, or signs of use.
A valid proof of purchase or order receipt is required.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note: Opened or used perfume bottles are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and authenticity concerns.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at orders@scentolova.com or through WhatsApp at 03320002312.
If your request is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
โ ๏ธ Important:
Customers are responsible for safely shipping the item back to us.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the courier flyer or security seal appears tampered with or open, please do not accept the parcel.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Proof (such as unboxing video or clear photos) may be required to process a claim.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used perfumes.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
Sale, discounted, or promotional items.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an unopened perfume for another product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.
The item must remain sealed and unused.
An exchange handling fee of PKR 400 will be charged.
Customers are responsible for the courier costs of sending back the original product.
If the new item selected is higher in price, the difference in amount will be charged to the customer before dispatch.
If the new item is lower in price than your original purchase, the difference amount will be provided to you as a Credit Voucher for your future purchases.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
The refund will be processed to your preferred payment method.
Refunds are issued only after inspection confirming that the bottle and packaging are intact and unopened.
Please allow several working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
