Welcome to SCENToLOVA. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products offered through it. By accessing or purchasing from SCENToLOVA, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

This website is operated by SCENToLOVA. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SCENToLOVA.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any additional policies referenced herein.
Products & Descriptions
We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
However, as all perfumes are crafted using natural and synthetic notes, individual scent experiences may vary slightly due to personal skin chemistry, temperature, or environment.
We reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, or availability without prior notice.
Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our official website or via our official WhatsApp channel only.
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments through cash on delivery and other available online methods (where applicable).
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests will not be entertained after processing.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time across Pakistan is 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.
Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, or courier issues — in such cases, we appreciate your patience.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for all SCENToLOVA perfumes.
For this reason, opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Customers must bear the courier return cost in all return cases.
Refunds will be issued only after inspection, confirming the product and packaging are intact and unopened.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are only applicable if the product is sealed and unused.
If the new item selected is higher in price, the difference in amount will be charged to the customer before dispatch.
If the new item is lower in price, the difference will be adjusted as store credit for future purchases. A PKR 400 exchange fee applies to cover reshipping and handling costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used perfume bottles.
Damaged products caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, text, logo, and graphics, is the property of SCENToLOVA and is protected by copyright laws.
Reproduction, duplication, or commercial use of any material without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
SCENToLOVA is not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or dissatisfaction resulting from personal fragrance preferences.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product only.
